It is Hansol Logistics' mission to secure a competitive advantage through differentiation, realizing maximum value, and growing continuously alongside our customers. Furthermore, we strive to respect the human rights of all stakeholders, including our employees, and practice human rights management.

Hansol Logistics supports international human rights principles such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN), the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labor Organization (ILO) Declaration, and we will comply with domestic laws reflecting these principles.

Hansol Logistics will make every effort to prevent and eliminate elements of human rights violations in advance. In the event of a human rights violation, we will respond promptly and do our best to fundamentally resolve the issue.

This Declaration of Human Rights applies to the Hansol Logistics headquarters, as well as affiliated companies and their members. Furthermore, we encourage our business partners and service users to understand and practice Hansol Logistics' human rights management principles.

One, A Discrimination-Free Work Environment

- Hansol Logistics provides a work environment free from discrimination based on origin, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation, belief, religion, age, disability, etc. We respect the personality of our members and treat them fairly and reasonably according to their capabilities and performance.

One, Prohibition of Forced Labor

- Hansol Logistics does not force labor against the free will of its employees through mental or physical restraint. We comply with labor-related laws, adhere to regulations regarding overtime and leave, and do not force employees to work beyond regular working hours.

One, Prohibition of Child Labor

- Hansol Logistics prohibits child labor in principle. Additionally, minor workers are not assigned to hazardous tasks concerning safety and health.

One, Guarantee of Occupational Safety

- Hansol Logistics establishes systems for the safety and health of all members, conducts regular related training, and complies with laws and internal regulations regarding safety, health, and working hours.

- Hansol Logistics aims for a world where we can share a better future. We will consider ways to resolve social issues that may arise now or in the future, practice eco-friendly activities, and strive to contribute to environmental improvement and maintenance.

One, Protection of Consumer Human Rights

- Hansol Logistics will strive to create an environment where all users can safely and conveniently use the technologies, services, and products we provide.

- Privacy Protection: Hansol Logistics requires, records, and stores only user personal information that complies with laws and regulations. We will manage our security system so that collected personal information is not leaked externally.

- Third-Party Provision of Information: User information is not provided to third parties, except with the user's consent or when permitted by law.

Receipt and Handling Process for Human Rights Violation Risks

Hansol Logistics operates 'Red Whistle' (an anonymous reporting system) through which stakeholders can report potential human rights violations. Upon receiving a report, we will forward it to the relevant department based on the nature of the issue, do our best to promptly devise a solution according to internal procedures, and inform the informant of the results.
